What makes our honey different?

Our honey is raw, locally sourced, and slow-infused in small batches with whole, natural ingredients - no shortcuts or additives. Just pure, golden goodness with a creative twist.

Is the honey raw & unfiltered?

Yes! We never heat or filter our honey, which means it keeps all of its natural enzymes, antioxidants, and flavor intact.

Why is my honey crystallizing? Is that normal?

It's normal! Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time. You can enjoy it as-is (it's great on toast), or place the jar in warm water to gently bring it back to liquid form.

Why do I see bits in my honey?

You may notice bits of herbs, berries, or vanilla beans in your honey. We never use artificial flavorings or extracts - just raw honey and real ingredients. Our mesh straining process is designed to keep the honey rich & thick while allowing a few natural bits to remain.

How long does the honey last?

Honey never truly expires, but for the best flavor and texture, we recommend enjoying it within 6-12 months of purchase.

Do I need to refrigerate the honey?

Nope! Store your honey at room temperature in a cool, dry place.

What are your shipping policies? 

We handcraft our infused raw honey in small batches under Florida’s Cottage Food Law. This means we can only ship within the state of Florida.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping Area: We are only permitted to ship within Florida.
  • Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via USPS or local courier with tracking when available.
  • Local Pickup: If you’re nearby, ask about local pickup options.

We take care to package each order safely and securely, but please note that Koncoctions is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.

What are your refund policies?

At Koncoctions, we take great pride in crafting our infused raw honey in small batches using only the highest quality ingredients. Due to the nature of our products and for food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.
We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, please don’t hesitate to reach out - we’re happy to help before you place your order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at koncoctions10@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
